1. Who we are

SURCA is a digital lead-capture studio founded by Albert Acuña in Barranquilla, Colombia. We design and build landing pages, websites, and lead-capture systems with results tracking for service businesses. The exact scope of each service is detailed in the proposal you accept before we begin.

2. How a project works

Every project starts with a free diagnosis and a written proposal defining the scope, price, and timeline. The project formally begins once you confirm in writing (email or WhatsApp) that you accept that proposal.

3. Pricing and payment

Our reference prices are published on surca.co. Because SURCA operates under Colombian law, prices are expressed in Colombian pesos (COP) before tax where applicable, as required by Article 23 of Law 1480 of 2011 — English-language pages on this site show a USD estimate for convenience only. The final price of your project depends on the agreed scope and is set out in writing in the proposal.

Payment is organized by milestones: typically a deposit to start the project, plus one or more payments tied to delivery of progress, as defined in each proposal. A late milestone payment may pause project progress until it's brought current.

4. Recurring services (monthly or annual)

Your project's hosting, domain, and business email are provided and managed by Hosting Coffe, a sister company of SURCA also founded by Albert Acuña. Hosting Coffe handles the administration and billing of these services, which — along with our support and maintenance plans — are billed periodically (monthly or annually), as agreed for your project.

These charges renew automatically at the end of each period unless you notify us at least 15 days before the renewal date that you'd like to cancel. Non-payment of a recurring service may lead to its temporary suspension (for example, hosting or domain) until you're caught up.

5. Delivery timelines

• Lead-capture landing page: 7 to 10 business days.
• Website with a lead-capture system: 3 to 5 weeks.
• Full system + automation: 4 to 8 weeks.

These timelines start once we receive all the information and materials we need from you (copy, logo, photos, access credentials), and may shift if that delivery is delayed or if the scope changes during the project.

6. Intellectual property

Once the project is 100% paid, the design and code built specifically for you become yours. SURCA retains the right to show the project in its portfolio, unless you agree otherwise with us in writing. Tools, templates, or SURCA's own code reused across different projects are not transferred — only their use within your site is licensed.

7. Warranty and fixes

We fix errors or issues attributable to our work within 30 calendar days of delivery, at no extra cost. Scope changes — new content, features not included in the original proposal, redesigns — are quoted separately.

8. Right of withdrawal

Because this site allows contracting remotely, Article 47 of Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 gives you the right to withdraw within the 5 business days following acceptance of the proposal. That right no longer applies once the service has begun with your authorization, nor to work custom-built to your specifications — which is the case for most of our projects — as established by that same law.

9. Cancellation and suspension

You can cancel a project in progress by writing to us by email or WhatsApp. Work already completed and the deposits tied to it are non-refundable; we will deliver whatever has been built up to that point. SURCA may suspend a service if it detects misuse of the site, illegal content, or repeated non-payment, with prior notice except in cases of immediate risk.

10. Liability

We build and measure the lead-capture system, but we don't guarantee an exact number of clients or sales, since that also depends on factors outside our control (your offer, your market, your sales team). We do commit to delivering what's agreed in the proposal and to letting you measure results from day one.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will first be resolved through direct agreement between the parties and, if that isn't possible, before the competent courts of Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia.
